Shirley Fox Saenz, 57, of Cuero passed away Sunday, August 9, 2015. She was born August 23, 1957 in Cuero to Marvin Fox and the late Mary Gonzales Fox. She married the love of her life, Rick Saenz, on October 26, 1974 at Our Lady of Guadalupe in Cuero. She was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church, and was a loyal supporter and volunteer at St. Michael's Catholic School. She devoted her life to taking care of her family and always cherished the memories made with her family and friends. She is survived by her beloved husband, Rick Saenz; daughter, Jenni Pinson (Richard) of Victoria; son, Karl Saenz (Jill) of Cuero; sisters, Tina Orosco (Ray) of Cuero, Stacy Ressman (Stephen) of Cuero; and grandchildren, Kerstyn Saenz, Kylie Saenz, Kloey Saenz, all of Cuero, and Alexa Pinson of Victoria. She was preceded in death by her mother; and daughter, Kristi Dawn Saenz. Visitation will be held at St. Michael's Catholic Church on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 from 5-7 pm with a rosary to begin at 6 pm. Funeral services will be held at St. Michael's Catholic Church on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at 10 am with Father David Berger officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery. Pallbearers include Adam Arroyo, Don Arroyo, Greg Arroyo, Trent Orosco, Brandon Orosco, Brad Richards, Robert Saenz, and Eddie Saenz.
