Stanley Todd Ciomperlik, 62, a lifelong resident of the Rio Grande Valley until retiring to Cuero, passed away Tuesday, November 26, 2024. He was born July 24, 1962 in Weslaco to William and Faith Bruno Ciomperlik. He married Janice (Lipe) on August 7, 1993 in McAllen. Stan was well known in the Texas Avocado Industry as the largest avocado grower in Texas for many years. In addition to farming and ranching he was a licensed master electrician, and an industrial maintenance mechanic.

He was a devoted friend to many and loved to hunt, fish and spend time with his favorite dog, Zip. Stan was very proud of his family, especially his children, Wyatt, a Systems Engineer in the San Antonio area and Hailie, an OBGYN in Houston.

He is survived by his wife, Janice; daughter, Hailie Ciomperlik and her fiancé, Todd Mickey; son, Wyatt Ciomperlik and his partner, Caitlyn Capetillo; sisters, Dawn Miller and Gloria Spacek (Ernest) and brothers, Matthew and William Ciomperlik.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother of the heart, Lionel Cadena.
