Obituary
Terry Ray Jurek, 71, of Cuero passed away Saturday, February 18, 2017. He was born September 19, 1945 in Gonzales to Charlie and Isabell (Bell) Hull Jurek. Terry served in the United States Army and was a Vietnam Veteran. He enjoyed woodworking, camping, fishing, hunting and traveling.
He is survived by his loving wife, Dorthea (Dot) Marwick Jurek; sons, Terry Dale Jurek (Morgan Chapman) of Hallettsville and Charlie Ray Jurek of Cuero, Jeramy Ray Dygert (Ashley) of Victoria; 3 grandchildren; brother Jim Jurek of Winnfield, LA; and sister, Debbie Folden of Winnfield, LA.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Charles Jurek and Robert Jurek; and sister, Earlene Placker.
Visitation will be held Thursday, February 23, 2017 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Freund Funeral Home.
