Tracy Lynn Rawlinson, 42, of Cuero went to be with her Lord and Savior on February 13, 2013. She was born February 23, 1970 in Cuero to Wilma and James Rawlinson. Tracy is a 1989 graduate of Cuero High School. After graduation she worked at Dairy Queen, while pursuing her dream of helping other people. She satisfied her dream by assisting the elderly while working at Mission Nursing Home and Cuero Nursing Center. She extended her dream by assisting new mothers and their children in the OB department of Cuero Community Hospital for 11 years.
Tracy leaves behind her mother, Wilma Rawlinson; son, Steven Rawlinson; daughter, Erica Rawlinson; beloved grandchildren, Jayden and Jaylinne, all of Cuero; sisters, Janice Lovel and husband, Kevin, of Victoria and Lisa Brown and husband, Robert, of Gonzales; brothers, Warren Haggerton and wife, Bettie, of Gonzales, Douglas Rawlinson and wife, Yvonne, of Beeville, and Jeff Rawlinson of Cuero; a very special friend, Ray Milton, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Rawlinson; grandparents, Otis and Ema Wilkenson; and great uncles and aunts.
Visitation will be held Sunday, February 17, 2013 from 1-2 p.m. at Freund Funeral Home. Services will be held Sunday, February 17, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Freund Funeral Home with Rev. Sam Jenkins officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery.
Pallbearers include Steven Rawlinson, Chris Koudelka, Jeff Rawlinson, Kevin Lovel, Wayne Haggerton, and Ray Milton.
