Mrs. Wanda Lee Rangnow, of Meyersville, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ  Friday, June 29, 2018 after her courageous battle with cancer.  She was born a Coal Miner's daughter in Thacker, WV to the late John Delbert and Ethel Dotson Fowler.  Wanda was a retired factory worker and home maker.  She enjoyed sitting on her cottage porch with her husband, Mike Rangnow, talking about work, politics, and sports.  Wanda loved watching her Super Bowl Champion Philadelphia Eagles and World Series Champions Houston Astros.  She enjoyed finding quiet moments to sit and watch God's creatures in her yard, especially her little yorkies, Muffie and Minnie. Wanda and Mike were members of St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church in Meyersville.  Her truest joy came from being a wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Wanda is survived by her husband of 34 years; daughter, Teresa (Jud) Dively of Levittown, PA; sons, Sidney (Rosanne) Parker of Havertown, PA, Bobby (Joanne) Parker of Brigantine, NJ, John Parker of Coatesville, PA, and Roger (Janice) Parker of Philadelphia, PA; stepson, Colin (Brande) Rangnow of Victoria; sister in law, Donna Fowler; eight grandchildren and seven great- grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews from West Virginia, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, and Texas.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Edith Mercer; brothers, Clifford Fowler and Oscar Fowler.

The visitation will be held Wednesday, July 4, 2018 at 9 a.m.  at Freund Funeral Home.  The funeral service will immediately follow at 10 a.m. at Freund Funeral Home with Pastor John Boor officiating.  Interment will follow at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers will include Gary Rangnow, Kyle Rangnow, Brandon Rangnow, Tim Rangnow, Jake Rangnow, and Reid Rangnow.  Honorary pallbearers will include all her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church and Hospice of South Texas.
