Wayne K. Arnold, 84, of Victoria passed away Saturday, October 13, 2012. He was born in Commerce, TX to John Hugh and Liena Lavert Sanders Arnold. He married his beloved wife, Wanda Lois Perry Arnold, in Denton, TX at the Little Chapel in the woods on TSCW campus. He was an educator all of his life, working as a teacher, principal, and counselor at various schools but he retired from Rosenburg-Richmond school district. He also served in the U.S. Army.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda Arnold, and sister, June Junell of Cumby, TX;

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Maurice Arnold.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 16, 2012, from 9-11 a.m. at Freund Funeral Home. Services will be held Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at 1 p.m. at Freund Funeral Home with Mr. Denzil McMurrey officiating. Interment to follow at Mission Valley cemetery.

Pallbearers include Jack Williams, Roland Striedel, Jimmie Walters, Loyd Hemple, Bennie Zimmerman, and Wayne Martin.

Memorials may be made to American Heart Association or American Cancer Association.
