William "Bill" Charles Flessner, 76, of Boerne, passed away Wednesday, December 27, 2017. William was born October 19, 1941 in Yorktown to the late Henry and Lillian Flessner. He married the love of his life, Jodie Glasco , on December 22, 1962. Bill was an A/C technician and Jack of all trades. He enjoyed listening to Polka music, tinkering with anything mechanical, dancing, woodworking, and scratching lotto tickets. Bill was a Kendall County Fair Director, a member of Lions Club, and Berges Fest Director.
William is survived by his loving wife, Jodie; son, William Henry Flessner and wife, Liz Ann, of Bulverde; daughters, Rhonda Booth and husband, Matt Booth, and Kim Flessner both of Boerne; sister, Judy Cretors of Yoakum; brothers, Gary Flessner of Cuero and Kenneth Flessner of Victoria; grandchildren, Frederick Flessner and wife, Kelsey, of Denver, CO, Wesley Flessner of Bulverde, Johanna Olivarez of Boerne, Matthew Booth of Boerne; great-grandchild, Josie Flessner of Denver, CO.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Janice Trent of Yoakum.
Visitation will be held Friday, December 29, 2017 from 5-7 p.m. at Freund Funeral Home. Services will be held Saturday, December 30, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Freund Funeral Home with Pastor Sue Irvin officiating. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery. A memorial service will be held Thursday, January 4, 2018 from 6-9 p.m. at Kendall County Fair Grounds in Boerne, Tx.
Pallbearers include Eric Flessner, Jason Flessner, Ehren Cretors, Henry Cretors, Brian Rittimann, and George Kunz.
