William "Bill" H. Krier, 82, passed away Thursday, April 12, 2018.  He was born December 16, 1935 in Mankato , MN to the late John and Josephine Mayer Krier.  He married the love of his life, Ruthi Weaver Krier, February 8, 1985 in Victoria. Bill proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War.   He was a butcher, store owner, manager of his own store and area sales manager for Del Papas Distributing.  He loved fishing the river, food, and gardening.  Bill greatest joy came from spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Bill is survived by his wife of 33 years; daughters, Shelly Krier-White of San Antonio and Kathy Arnold of Dallas; sons, Tom Krier of Victoria, Tim Krier of Pensacola, FL, and Wade Pagel of Houston; eight grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Dorothy Finnegan, Kathy Anderson, Jeanne Leverson, and Phyllis Hiniker; and brother, Jack Krier.

A visitation will be held Tuesday, April 17, 2018 from 5-7 p.m. at Freund Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at 10 a.m. at Freund Funeral Home with Pastor Kallie Green.
