Obituary
William D. Peebles Jr., 68, of Victoria, passed away Sunday, April 10, 2011. He was born April 8, 1943, in Cuero, to the late William and Agnes Keseling Peebles. He married Evelyn Roberts on Feb. 8, 1964, in Victoria.
He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Peebles of Victoria; sister, Sherra Nelson of Cuero; brother, Richard Frank Peebles of Victoria; niece, Kimberly Mullins of Austin; and nephew, Sean Roberts of Victoria.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his daughter, Judy Lynn.
Visitation will be Tuesday, April 12, 2011, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Freund Funeral Home. Services will be held Wednesday, April 13, 2011, at 2 p.m., at Freund Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Terry Brown officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to Rawhide Riders Association Inc., PO Box 333, Cuero, Texas 77954.
