William James Reilly III, 71, of Cuero passed away January 13, 2017. He was born August 8, 1945 in Tulsa, OK to the late William James Reilly, Jr. and Madlyn Gubus Reilly. Bill retired after 20 years as a Custom Home Builder in Houston and the Woodlands. He enjoyed hunting and ranching.

He is survived by his wife, Katherine L. Reilly of Cuero; son, Michael James Reilly and wife Shae of Austin; daughter, Tracey Ellen Reilly of Houston; sisters, Carolyn Carmody of Lawrence, KS, Marian Bounds of San Antonio and Lillian Butcher of Pipe Creek; grandchildren, Hondo James Reilly, Houston James Reilly, Hutchins James Reilly and Holt Emerson Baird.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, January 19, 2017 at 10 a.m. at Faith Family Church in Victoria with Pastor Larry Helms officiating and Dr. Chris Royale assisting. Interment to follow at Hillside Cemetery in Cuero.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Faith Family Church Victoria, Grace Episcopal Church and the Chisholm Trail Heritage Museum.
