Willis Henry Brown, 65, of Cuero passed away surrounded by friends and family on Monday, July 8, 2019 in Cuero. He was born August 13, 1953 in Cuero to Earvin Brown, Sr. and Lora B. Odem.  He was the second oldest of four children. He attended school in Cuero.

Willis was preceded in death by both his parents, Earvin Brown Sr. and Lora B. Odem.

He leaves to cherish his memory five children, Johnnie Steemer (San Antonio), Jermaine Houston (Cuero), Y'kuiam Denson (Cuero), Keysha Houston (Cuero), and Tyra Houston (Cuero);two sisters, Debbie Brown (Cuero), Sonya Brown (Houston); one Brother Earvin Brown (Victoria); two grandsons; three granddaughters; and two great - grandsons.

Visitation will be held Saturday, July 13, 2019, 9 AM at Mount Bethel Baptist Church, 400 Grant St. in Cuero.  Funeral Services will begin at 10:00 AM with Rev. Lou Jackson officiating.  Interment to follow at Hillside Cemetery.  The family will gather at Mount Bethel Fellowship Hall for a time of food and fellowship.

Pallbearers include Qwentel Denson, Leonard Jones, Fennis Green, Dwight Price, Casey Brown, Cody Brown and Dalton Brown.
